I did not get a change to go to Maker Faire to day due to car troubles. Last night I was getting ready and remember that I wanted to change my air filter before I went on a road trip down to San Mateo. I go to pull off the Air filter and oil drain hose that leads back to the oil pan just broke and dropped through the car down on the pavement floor at 10:30 last night. It broke because the air filter mounting unity was broken and put all the pressure on 1/4 stainless pipe. I had no idea what to do and was prepered to go to the pick and pull first thing. I woke up at about 5:30 am and my mind was awake working on the problem first thing and could not go back to sleep. I had to repair the Air filter mounting unit that costs about $115 and fix the pipe that costs around $30.
